Our sister company, SIGCo (Isle of Man) Limited, gives us the flexibility to provide support services outside of Bermuda office hours, or on occasions where a connection with Bermuda is unavailable. The Company has 4 employees engaged in all aspects of our business.

Our office in the Isle of Man can assist with the following:

• COFR Guaranties
• COFR Certificate (CG5585) applications
• International Carrier Bonds (ICBs)

SIGCo (Isle of Man) Ltd was incorporated in the Isle of Man in December 2008, and is approved by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority to write Class 11 business in the Isle of Man.

SIGCo Limited shares its retained COFR Guaranty risk with SIGCo (Isle of Man) Ltd through a reinsurance arrangement between the two companies.
